Position Description

The Enterprise Engineer is a member of a growing technology team with an automation-first approach. As a member of the IT team, you will be responsible for supporting end users by bringing experience and knowledge to the support role.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for the management of Crabel’s enterprise system
  • Facilitating user support in a cross-platform environment (Windows/Linux/macOS)
  • Overseeing the lifecycle management of user devices across various platforms
  • Providing high-level technical guidance to C-suite executives
  • Routine orchestration of critical IT services, incorporating identity management (OAuth, OpenID, SSO), mobile device management (MDM), cloud providers, and modern DNS services
  • Designing and implementing automation frameworks and scripts using advanced tools like PowerShell, Ansible, and Python
  • Development and oversight of automated systems for real-time asset tracking and reporting
  • Expertise in crafting detailed technical documentation with precision
  • Evaluating and deploying cutting-edge technology solutions for business improvement
  • Managing relationships with technology providers, including cloud service providers, telecommunications, and audio/visual solutions

Compensation & Benefits:

The estimated base salary range for this position is $120,000-$150,000. The final salary within this range will be based on qualifications, experience, and other factors. Total compensation includes the opportunity to participate in a discretionary bonus plan and a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS/Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of experience in an IT support role with direct end-user interaction
  • Proficiency in managing cloud-based directory services such as Azure Active Directory
  • Skilled in scripting and automation with modern languages and tools (Python, PowerShell, Shell scripting, etc.)
  • A solid grounding in contemporary IT principles, including cloud computing, network security protocols, and systems integration
  • Cisco, Red Hat, Linux, Microsoft Certifications highly preferred
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule out of our LA office (in office Tuesday – Thursday, remote Monday / Friday)
