Position Description

The Senior Desktop Support Engineer is a member of a growing technology team with an automation-first approach. As a member of the IT team, you will be responsible for supporting end users by bringing experience and knowledge to the support role.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Supporting end users in a cross-platform environment (Windows/Linux/macOS)
  • Day to day management of core infrastructure services (AD, MDM, DNS, etc.)
  • Automation and scripting of repetitive tasks using PowerShell / Ansible
  • Management and creation of automatic reporting of inventories
  • Strong ability to create documentation with attention to detail
  • Assisting / Mentoring / Training of Junior Support
  • Recommend and implement new technologies
  • Assisting with project management and organization of technical support requests


  • BA/BS/Associate degree in Information Systems or related field, or equivalent work experience/certification
  • 5+ years working in an IT support role working directly with end users
  • 3+ years managing Active Directory in an Enterprise Environment
  • 2+ years scripting in an applicable language (Python, PowerShell, Ansible, etc.)
  • A+ Certification or equivalent work experience
  • Network + / CCNA Certification or equivalent work experience
  • Firm understanding of IT fundamentals (IP/TCP/Hardware/AD/DNS/Routing)
