Position Description

The IT Support Manager is a member of a growing technology team with an automation-first approach. As a member of the IT team, you will be responsible for managing our support team. The team is responsible for supporting end users by bringing experience and knowledge to the support role.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage/Mentor/Training of Technical Support Team
  • Serve as a point of escalation for requests and concerns
  • Provide technical leadership for our enterprise and executive support staff
  • Strong ability to create documentation with attention to detail
  • Assisting / Mentoring / Training of Junior Support staff
  • Recommend and implement new technologies
  • Assisting with project management and organization of technical support requests
  • Supporting end users in a cross-platform environment (Windows/Linux/macOS)
  • Day to day management of core infrastructure services (AD, MDM, DNS, etc.)
  • Automation and scripting of repetitive tasks using PowerShell / Ansible


  • BA/BS/Associate degree in Information Systems or related field, or equivalent work experience/certification
  • 4+ years of prior leadership experience overseeing the performance of a technical support/engineering team
  • 5+ years working in an IT support role working directly with end users
  • 3+ years managing Active Directory in an Enterprise Environment
  • 2+ years scripting in an applicable language (Python, PowerShell, Ansible, etc.)
  • A+ Certification or equivalent work experience
  • Network + / CCNA Certification or equivalent work experience
  • Firm understanding of IT fundamentals (IP/TCP/Hardware/AD/DNS/Routing)
  • Ability to work out of our LA office in accordance with our hybrid schedule (Crabel currently operates under a hybrid work schedule. Employees have the option to work from home or office on Mondays and Fridays. Employees are expected to report to the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.)
