We seek a talented and passionate individual to join our firm as an Execution Algorithm Lead. This individual will be focused on the ongoing development and improvement of all aspects of automated execution algorithms.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Design, develop and test new execution algorithms
• Analyze microstructure data for new sources of edge
• Review execution algorithm behavior and performance
• Seek to continuously improve execution performance
• Manage a team of quantitative software developers dedicated to execution

Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree
• Desire to manage a team; previous leadership experience preferred
• 2 years experience designing and developing execution algorithms for futures, equities or FX or experience working on HFT strategies in those instruments
• Experience with C++ and Python
• Experience with microstructure datasets
